3. Smooth and annular forceps jaw can clamp the folding sponge to make it as spoogy ball for blunt dissection, and also can be used for pressing hemorrhagic spot.

4. The lengthened sponge forceps can go into surgical site  lower and deeper, to meet the requirements of a complete thoracoscopic surgery.
